Justin Schuessler is an associate with Greenstreet Ltd., an Indianapolis-based strategic planning and real estate practice. His responsibilities include project management, market research and analyses, GIS and mapping, as well as various forms of graphic communication.
With over six years of experience in public sector planning and development, Justin brings a thorough understanding of various municipal procedures that provide a foundation for Greenstreet’s development
strategies, ensuring recommendations are both feasible and implementable. As the senior planner for one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the country, he oversaw the creation, adoption, and
marketing of master planned communities, the implementation of short- and long-term development initiatives, and performed citywide mapping and statistical analyses to guide elected officials in their decision-making processes.
Justin is also actively involved in his community. Partnering with local elementary schools, Justin previously led various educational outreach programs, introducing students to the principles of community development and planning. He is currently completing accredited IEDC courses to broaden his expertise in community and economic development.
Prior to joining Greenstreet, Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning & Development from Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning. His Honors thesis was a proposal for the sustainable operation of the university automobile fleet.
