Weigand to Handle Construction at Old GE Campus

FORT WAYNE –Fort Wayne-based Weigand Construction has been chosen as construction manager for a massive redevelopment in its home city. Development partners involved with the
revitalization of the 32-acre former General Electric campus say Weigand’s track record and portfolio of recent projects including Parkview Field, Ash Skyline Plaza and Embassy Theatre factored into the selection. Total investment in the mixed-use redevelopment could be in the range of $280 million.
